· Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
· Campaign Management & Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
· Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends that inform long-term marketing strategy and business decisions.
· Brand Strategy & Positioning: Help maintain and build the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints while strengthening market positioning.
· Digital Marketing Excellence: Develop and oversee multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, display advertising, and content marketing to maximize online presence and lead generation.
· Performance Analytics & Optimization: Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, providing regular strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
· Stakeholder Management: Partner with sales, product, customer success, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
· Customer Experience Enhancement: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
· Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly those governing CFD marketing, while mitigating compliance risks.
· Global Coordination: Collaborate with international stakeholders and regional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging while adapting strategies for local market requirements.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing or campaign management role, preferably within financial services, Fintech or CFD industry.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
· Thorough hands-on experience of digital marketing practices within Europe.
· Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh marketing ideas.
· Knowledge of financial markets, particularly CFDs, is a significant advantage.
